1. Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies based on your location:

  • India: 5-7 business days. In remote Areas delivery may take longer depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding to international markets soon!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking page.

Q: What should I do if my order is delayed?

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: We do offer COD.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
A: Yes! If you received the wrong size or color, you can request an exchange within 7 days, provided the size and color are different from the one ordered. We will send you the correct item after receiving the original product.

Q: Are your designs printed or embroidered?
A: Our designs are high-quality screen printed or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed for long-lasting durability and vibrant colors. Some exclusive collections may feature embroidery.

Q: How should I care for my t-shirt to make it last?
A: To keep your t-shirt looking fresh:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out.
  • Do not bleach or use harsh detergents.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the print.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, and once the order is confirmed, it moves into fulfillment. Please double-check your order before finalizing it at checkout.
